Keys to ideal audio/visual during your event

The most important point:

The most important point to remember for a successful event is to arrive well before your event begins. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of your event. In this way, you will have plenty of time to test everything to your satisfaction before your event begins.

If you do not arrive well before the event begins, it is likely that your event’s start time will be delayed. Therefore, please arrive early to avoid a delay.

Arriving early will allow enough time for you to verify the set is the way you expect it and, to test all of your equipment so you will have confidence that it will work correctly and meet your expectations. For more complicated events, it’s best to also have a separate rehearsal time comfortably scheduled well before your event. Please coordinate this with you’re a/v support person.
