Continuing Students Housing and Summer/Winter Break Work Application

Important Guidelines

Students must vacate their rooms within 48 hours of the last class before the winter summer break.

Students who wish to stay on campus during winter or summer break may seek an 18-hour-per-week work position, if available, by filling out the application in this section.

• Students participating in the 18-hour-per-week work option will be billed for room and board charges if they work less than 18 hours per week for any reason.
• The 18-hour-per-week commitment pays for the students’ room and board.
• Summer/Winter storage space may be available, check with your RD.
• Keys must be turned in to your RD before you leave
• The continuing student application MUST be completed and approved.

Please note that faculty and staff dependents may not stay in student residence halls over the winter or summer breaks unless authorized to participate in one of the above programs.
