Rec Center Membership Membership Types The MUM Recreation Center is available to everyone through day passes or memberships. Members have free use of all the Rec Center facilities except tennis courts and the tennis ball-machine, for which there is an extra charge. Payment Options We accept cash, check, credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) and debit cards for membership types as well as contactless payments (Apple Pay, Android Pay). There is no admission charge for MUM and Maharishi School students, faculty, and staff provided they bring a valid ID card. They are also entitled to use of the tennis courts and tennis ball machine at no charge. We offer the following insurance based programs: Silver Sneakers Accepted The MUM Recreation Center offers Silver Sneakers, a fitness program available through certain health insurance programs that offer seniors a recreation center membership. Tennis membership not included. We offer seniors resources to stay active and live long, healthy and independent lives. Eligible seniors can work out in our fitness center, take advantage of our state of the art Cybex equipment, use our track, play pickleball, basketball, and other sports. To see if your current Medicare plan includes the Silver Sneakers benefit, contact your health plan directly. If eligible, bring your Tivity Health ID Card and photo ID to the MUM Recreation Center to enroll. Renew Active Accepted The MUM Recreation Center has partnered with Renew Active by UnitedHealthCare. Renew Active™ is a fitness program for body and mind designed to help UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage members meet fitness-related goals. Tennis memberships not included. Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare. Participation in the Renew Active by UnitedHealthcare program is voluntary. Consult your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program or making changes to your lifestyle or health care routine.
